We honor mothers on Mother’s Day, raise our glasses for Oregon Wine Month, showcase our history of hospitality during the festive Parade of Inns, and toast to our local wineries via the Jacksonville Wine Trolley throughout this celebratory time of year.

The Third Annual Parade of Inns takes place on Sunday, May 18, from 2-5pm, the weekend after Mother’s Day. This year’s self-guided tour features eight beautiful properties, including three new additions to our already impressive lineup. Tickets to this event are the perfect and unique gift to celebrate mothers and anyone who appreciates a day full of local cheer.

The event is truly a community-wide celebration, with each inn partnering with local businesses to provide food, wine, and music, cultivating a festive atmosphere throughout the event. These partnerships showcase the collaborative spirit of our community. Oregon Wine Month coincides perfectly with the kickoff of our Wine Trolley season—another ideal Mother’s Day gift or companion activity. This successful partnership between the Chamber of Commerce and the Jacksonville Wine District has added a convenient new downtown stop at Remotion, one of the four downtown tasting rooms. This landmark is also home to the Orth House Inn, one of the featured properties on the Parade of Inns tour.

This season, the Jacksonville Wine Trolley offers visitors the extraordinary opportunity to explore all six surrounding wineries in a single afternoon. For those who prefer a more leisurely pace, two-day passes transform a simple outing into a full weekend.
